Have you ever felt obnoxiously antsy, emotionally, mentally and physically?
I can’t shake this feeling in the last few days like I need to do something, but I have no idea what it is or why. And it is definitely NOT that I don’t have things to do; frantically working on a report right now so I won’t have to take it home with me on Thanksgiving. Possible reasons for my antsy-ness:
1. Two very large mugs of coffee today, and a Dazbog chiller yesterday.
2. Lack of any real exercise of physical activity in a significant amount of time.
3. Some unfavorable circumstances at work.
4. The fact that I’ve been doing very little outside of working and staying home.
5. Not having had sex in the last 4 1/2 months (see #2, #4, #6, #8 and #10)
6. Feeling really alone and not having any (available) prospects.
7. A potential career advancement that is currently pending.
8. Having just turned 27 and thinking a lot about where my life is going (and where it’s not going for a while).
9. Minor annoyances associated with having a roommate, that become major when I start to miss living alone.
10. Resolving to not speak to my ex until he’s ready to try this for real; even though we’re finally on the same page about making changes, it’s not time to do so.
11. All of the above?

The combination would sure give me the heebeegeebee’s. You’re doing a lot so naturally your fear is something has slipped. A couple of beers?

#4 can seriously lead to cabin fever (even if it’s only be 3 months it got me.)
