I’ve worked out 3 days in a row now!
I don’t actually remember the last time I accomplished that. It feels good. I feel a little more energetic. I’m hoping my back pain will start to decrease. And I gotta tell ya, the whole being-forced-to-shower-every-day thing is nice, too. Not that I didn’t bathe before, but I like to go every other day sometimes.
The only things I don’t like right now? Well for one, I forgot how hungry working out makes me. I’m still fighting the urge to eat more (even though I know it’s normal and often needed). And the other thing I don’t like is that I’m currently working out after work—so in the evenings—and it’s not exactly helping my insomnia (yet). Hoping by the time a get a week in, that I’ll be sleeping better. But I have so much more energy than I want right now!!

I KNOWWWWWWW about the hunger. But you get used to it. For the first 2 months I started vigorous exercise I ate all the things. Now my body is so used to it that I have a better routine. EXCEPT 4 CHEEZ BREAD
